Gardaí have reissued their appeal for help in locating a young Tipperary man who has been missing since earlier this month.
Stephen Cullinan of Ballymackey, Nenagh is missing from Castletroy, Co. Limerick.
The last confirmed sighting of the 25 year old was at St Stephen’s Green in Dublin on Thursday November 2nd last at 5.30pm.
When last seen Stephen was wearing a hoodie and jeans and wears glasses. There are concerns for his well being.
