There is good news for North Tipp following the publication of the HSE West plan for 2013.
10 beds will be reopened at the Hospital of the Assumption in Thurles, with new positions also coming on stream as a result.
Welcoming the announcement Minister of State Alan Kelly says the plan also contains details for Borrisokane Day Care Centre and also promises to restore home care packages to 2012 levels.
