A Tipperary TD says he is not trying to delay abortion legislation.
Independent Deputy Mattie McGrath is one of a number of TDs who have tabled amendments to the bill which is currently before the Dáil.
However speaking on Tipp Today earlier he was adamant that he was not trying to frustrate the proceedings.
