A man has been charged with the murder of Shane Rossiter in Golden last October.
29 year old Maurice Power with an address at Dranganbeg, Kilmoyler, Cahir appeared before a special sitting of Clonmel District Court at 12.30 this afternoon.
He was charged with the murder of 30 year old Shane Rossiter at 3 Church Lane, Golden on October 17th last.
Originally from Clonmel, Maurice Power has been remanded in custody to appear before Cashel District Court on Wednesday next.
He was among ten people arrested in connection with the murder within the last week – two more men remain in custody while all of the others have been released without charge.
