Sinn Fein Councillor Martin Browne claims some of the parties have ignored a circular from the Municipal District asking that the primary retail areas of Tipperary and Cashel towns be kept poster free.
While this has apparently been observed in Tipp town Councillor Browne says it's not the case in Cashel.
