University Hospital Limerick is once again the busiest hospital in the country today.
According to the INMO, patients from North Tipp, Limerick and Clare are experiencing severe delays, with 41 people waiting on trolleys.
Cork University Hospital is also suffering extreme overcrowding today with 35 patients awaiting a bed in the ED or overflow areas of wards.
In Clonmel, 16 people are without a bed in South Tipperary General Hospital.
