Criticism from Tipperary quarters on Government reaction to homeless crisis

The Tipperary President of the Saint Vincent de Paul says the Government has done nothing to address the homelessness issue.

They’ve also been accused of failing to prepare for an ‘entirely predictable’ worsening of the crisis.
