House sales were up by nearly 8 and a half per cent in the first half of the year.
The latest analysis from MyHome-dot-ie shows that over 23 thousand houses were sold across the country in the first six months.
If this trend continues there’ll be over 50-thousand properties sold this year, compared to 48-thousand last year.
