UHL among most overcrowded EDs

The main Emergency Department for North Tipperary patients is one of the most overcrowded again today.

Daily figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show there are 32 people on trolleys and chairs at University Hospital Limerick –

University Hospital Galway is the worst affected with 39 people in need of a bed there while that figure stands at 15 in South Tipperary General

Overall there are nearly 350 people on trolleys in hospitals nationwide.
