There’s been some progress on services in St Patrick’s Hospital in Cashel.
A retired GP has agreed to work in the role as Medical Officer in St Patrick’s and this will continue into the future.
It comes following claims from Deputy Michael Lowry that there were plans to close the rehabilitation unit – the HSE said those claims were without foundation.
