No let up in hospital overcrowding

Hospitals serving Tipperary are again amongst the worst affected today with overcrowding with more than 100 people on trolleys.

According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected facility with 74 people waiting for beds.

South Tipp General in Clonmel has 37 people without a bed.

In all there are 554 people waiting for beds in hospitals across the country today.
