Hospital overcrowding continues unabated

A fifth of those waiting on trolleys nationwide are in hospitals serving Tipperary today.

The INMO says 504 people are without beds, 66 of those are at University Hospital Limerick.

31 people are waiting on trolleys at South Tipperary General Hospital in Clonmel.

Meanwhile there are 55 at University Hospital Galway and 43 at University Hospital Waterford.
