A Tipperary TD believes the relationship between the Department of Health and patient advocates has broken down.
Alan Kelly’s comments come following yesterday’s publication of a ‘rapid review’ into the CervicalCheck screening programme.
It found over 4-thousand women weren’t informed of their test results due to an IT glitch at a US lab.
