Over 5,000 on hospital waiting lists in Tipperary

A ground-up approach is needed to tackle the lengthy hospital waiting lists in Tipperary.

That’s the view of Fianna Fáil general election candidate Sandra Farrell who has been informed by the HSE that over 5,000 people are waiting to be seen between South Tipp General and Nenagh Hospital.

She says the figures released to her show that Tipperary is getting a second class health service.
