The latest report from the INMO shows 422 people are waiting in emergency departments and overflow areas of wards.
University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded with 52 people waiting on a bed, the Mater in Dublin is next with 30 people in need of a bed.
Meanwhile at South Tipperary General in Clonmel there are 17 people waiting.
