Over 150 patients without a bed in Irish hospitals today

56 people who have been admitted to University Hospital Limerick – are without a bed today.

According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation they are among 166 patients in a similar situation at hospitals across the country.

South Tipp General in Clonmel has also reported patients without a bed for the first time in months with 3 people being cared for in the Emergency Department.
