Lights on a path on Chapel Street in Carrick-on-Suir are causing an obstruction for wheelchair and buggy users.
The issue was raised yesterday by Fianna Fáil Councillor Kieran Bourke at the municipal district meeting.
He told Tipp FM News the lights make it extremely difficult and sometimes impossible for some people to use the footpath.
