The final report into a plane crash at Cork Airport – that killed six people – is expected to be published today.
The Manx 2 commuter flight from Belfast overturned on the runway on February 10th 2011.
Six other people survived the accident – which happened as the aircraft was making its third landing attempt.
The Air Accident Investigation Unit's detailed and complex inquiry into the Manx 2 crash – has taken almost three years to complete.
The 18 seater turbo prop aircraft overturned and caught fire – after colliding with the runway at Cork Airport – on its third attempt to land in heavy fog.
There were ten passengers and two crew on board.
The Spanish pilot and English co-pilot – along with another man from England and three other men from the North – were killed in the impact.
The interim report found there was no pre-accident defects in the engines or propellers – but a faulty fuel control sensor in the right side engine was discovered.
The final report – setting out the causes of the crash and recommendations – has already been given to the survivors and the families of those who died.
