The developers of a 57 unit development in Nenagh haven’t lost hope in their vision yet; they have requested for an extension of their planning permission, which was granted in 2013.
The planning permission, which was permitted to local company Tom Grace and Sons Ltd, will expire on the January 22nd.
They intend to construct 57 residential units, comprising of 46 houses, 8 apartments and a crèche in Ciamaltha Meadows, Nenagh.
A decision is due at the end of February in the new year. (21st)
