The Tipperary Energy Agency are inviting application to completely renovate the fuel source for your home in 2018.
The group are behind the Tipperary Healthy Home initiative, which provides grants of 95% to replace fossil fuel heating systems with renewable heat storage.
The works, which would normally cost between 40 and 50 thousand euro, will set the homeowner back 2,500 euro, as well as a 100 euro charge for the application.
They hope to renovate 25 to 40 homes in the Premier County next year, with residents suffering from respiratory problems taking top priority.
