Thurles Sarsfields will take on Templederry Kenyons, with Loughmore-Castleiney again putting their title on the line, this time against Mullinahone.
The games will take place this Sunday.
The draw also took place for the semi-finals of the County Intermediate Hurling Championships.
St. Marys will face Thurles Sarsfields, with Moyne/Templetuohy playing Clonakenny.
