Dole queues reduce across all of Tipperary

A breakdown of Live Register statistics show almost 14 hundred fewer people sought some form of unemployment assistance in September.

The biggest drops were in areas like Nenagh, Thurles, Cashel, Clonmel and Tipp Town but the entire county's social welfare offices recorded a decline in numbers.

Minister of State Alan Kelly hopes to have those numbers reduced even further by the end of 2013
