A 21 year old man has been charged with assault causing serious harm after the death of Karl Haugh in Kilkee in Co Clare in Sunday Morning.
The 25 year died after he sustained a stab wound to his back which punctured his lung.
Robbie Walsh from Island View, Kilrush, Co Clare appeared at Ennis District Court this morning and was remanded in custody to appear again on August 14th.
