The opening arguments for the Jason Corbett murder trial in Davidson County finally got underway yesterday.
Both Molly Martens Corbett and Thomas Martens are pleading not guilty and say they acted in self defence.
They’re charged with second degree murder for their role in causing the death of the Limerick man.
Jury members have been warned there will be some graphic photographs submitted in evidence.
