The man charged with the murder of Shane Rossiter in West Tipperary last year, is due before the courts again today.
29 year old Clonmel native Mossie Power, with an address at Kilmoyler, Cahir, will appear before Cashel District Court later.
He is charged with the murder of Shane Rossiter, who was shot when he answered a knock to the door at a house in Golden on October 19th last.
