Cahir is set for an economic boost this week as the 2017 Tipperary County Fleadh Cheoil gets into full swing.
The annual festival of traditional music and song is being held in the South tipp town r this year.
There are various events taking place during the week leading up to a full weekend of competitions.
Mary Harty from the Cahir Comhaltas group says literally thousands of people will descend on the town for the event.
