Controversial signs to be removed from local holy site

Tipperary County Council put up two signs at St Patrick’s Well in Clonmel late last week after a couple of people reportedly fell ill from drinking the water there.

The signs have the word ‘danger’ written in large lettering, and the voluntary committee that maintain the site say they were very unhappy with this.

Secretary, PJ Long has now told Tipp FM News that they came to a resolution with the council this morning.
