Jim Carrey’s legal team has won a bid to use his ex-girlfriend’s medical records in the wrongful death lawsuit against him.
Cathriona White – who was from Cappawhite – took an overdose of prescription drugs in September 2015.
Lawyers for her husband and mother claim the Hollywood star used his celebrity status to provide the medication.
He denies the allegations and will face trial from April.
