Absentee landlords are being called out amid the housing crisis for neglecting properties in Cashel.
The comments were made during the Tipperary/Cashel Council meeting by Independent Councillor for Cashel Tom Wood.
Several properties were included in a condemnation of landlords not maintaining properties in the Heritage Town.
