Tipperary County Council is set to review its bylaws particularly in the area of casual trading.

Cathaoirleach of the local authority Fine Gael Councillor Michael Murphy raised concerns that many of them are out of date and some could adversely affect existing town traders who pay rates.

Director of Services Pat Slattery says they will be reviewing the situation across the Premier and new by-laws will be in place by the middle of next year.
