A man has been arrested in connection with an incident in Thurles yesterday afternoon.
A number of busses were destroyed in a blaze at the Bus Eireann depot shortly after midday.
Emergency services were called to the scene beside the train station on Abbey Road when plumes of black smoke were seen billowing into the air.
A local man in his 20's was arrested yesterday evening in connection with the incident – he is presently being held at Thurles Garda Station.
