In Hour One of today’s show, we speak to TippFM’s Ronan Quirke about the death of legendary Jimmy Magee who unfortunately passed away, we speak to Mark O’Meara from Nenagh in studio about his incredible story of shedding 13 stone in 18 months, Jimmy Barry of South Eastern Mountain Rescue joins us on the line informing us about their search for a missing hill walker in the Galtee Mountains, we talk to Christina McKenna who is manager of North Tipperary Care Centre Waterman’s Lodge which recently won a top accolade at the Hidden Hearing Hero Awards 2017.


In Hour Two, we spoke to a number of callers about Jimmy Magee, we are joined in studio with Johannes Berkery for our Psychotherapy slot, we also speak to Margaret Stone and Sgt John McCormack about the Community Alert Groups in Nenagh coming together for an event in the Scouts Hall, and we speak to Cailin Duggan from Birdhill who is Miss Tipperary, one of the 5 finalists of Miss Ireland.

In Hour Three, we speak to more callers speaking about Jimmy Magee, we are joined in studio with Willie Keane from Silvermines speaking about his recent fund raising events with others, Fran speaks with Liz Powell who is co curator of Cloughjordan’s Culture Night which will be taking place this Friday and we speak to Margot and Amy from Aras Foilan who are celebrating 10 years running.
