Arravale Rovers are through to the county senior football Quarter finals after beating Eire Og Annacarthy in the preliminary quarter final in Ballyporeen last night.
The West pair were level at 3 points a piece at the break before West champions Arravale ran out 1-8 to 0-5 winners in the end.
They will now play Clonmel Commercials in the county quarter final.
In the Intermediate hurling championship Moyne Templetuohy overcame Moneygall on a 1-16 to 0-13 scoreline.
Moyne now play St Mary’s Clonmel in the county quarter final on Sunday at noon in Boherlahan.
