Plans have been submitted to Tipperary County Council for a housing development in Thurles.
Delta Properties is the company behind the proposals for the Dublin Road.
The planning authority is due to rule on the application by April 7th next.
26 new houses are planned – they contain a variety of two, three and four bed dwellings.
