An agreement on Brexit could trigger a general election here according to Tipperary TD Alan Kelly.
His comments follow the apparent breakthrough during yesterdays meeting between Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
The North Tipp deputy feels Fine Gael might go to the country as early as next month.
