Nominations are being sought for the prestigious Tipperary International Peace Award.
Previous recipients include former South African President the late Nelson Mandela, former President of Ireland, Professor Mary McAleese and Senator Martin McAleese and Pakistani school girl Malala Yousafzai.
A short list of nominees will be announced in December and the Award winner will be announced in January 2015.
The closing date for nominations is Monday, December 15th – they should be sent to the Hon. Secretary, Tipperary Peace Convention, 18 Father Matthew Street, Tipperary Town or can be e-mailed to [email protected]
