Fianna Fáil says October’s budget should be less than €1 billion.

Michael Noonan and Brendan Howlin say there isn't a need for the same level of spending cuts and tax hikes of recent years and the correction will be less than two billion euro. 

Fianna Fáil's finance spokesman Michael McGrath says people have had enough of tough budgets.
