The documents being issued this month contains information on how residents can confirm household details and apply for water services allowances and failure to do so could result in higher bills.
Water charges will then take effect next month – while the first bill will be issued in January.
The timeframe to make submissions to Irish Water about possible reliefs for hard water areas and extensive boil notices closed last week.
