The issue was highlighted at this weeks meeting of the Tipperary Cashel Municipal District where there were calls for both the local authority and the Gardai to tackle the problem.
Sinn Fein representative Martin Browne says the situation at Cormac's Cemetery is just not acceptable but people are afraid to take the matter to the Gardai.
